### What happened?

when trying to use the template MCP Security: Block Unregistered Servers, ti fails creating the mcp-security-block guardrails

### Steps to Reproduce

1. go to policies/template 2. try to create a policy from Block Unregistered Servers templates 3. see the popup erro
