### The Feature

Currently `litellm` metrics in datadog can be broken down by LiteLLM Team:

It would be great to be able to have observability on the Virtual Key level too.

### Motivation, pitch

So we have observe traffic, latency etc on Virtual Key level which is finer grained that the Team. Can be important to track this as it could represent sub-team or microservices, for example, within a company/organisation.

The right-hand task is harder because it requires diagnosing a version-sensitive runtime failure across deployment environments and validating a robust fix, while the left is a comparatively localized observability enhancement with clearer integration boundaries.

The right-hand feature spans telemetry labeling, aggregation behavior, configuration, cardinality and regression compatibility across integrations, while the left-hand fix is comparatively localized to parser state handling with focused tests.
