### What happened?

When using a newly created Virtual Key in the AI Gateway Playground, navigating away to the Usage section and returning to the Playground causes the Select Model field to break. The dropdown appears blank, does not allow model selection, and a page refresh does not resolve the issue. The only workaround is to log out and log back in.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Virtual Keys and create a new virtual key. 2. Navigate to the Playground page. 3. Authenticate/set up the newly created Virtual Key under the Configurations sidebar. 4. Select a model, send a request, and verify that the chat response is generated successfully. 5.Click on the Usage section under Observability in the left sidebar to check logs/usage. 6. Navigate back to the Playground section. 7. Observe the Configurations sidebar: The virtual key is still populated, but click on the Select Model dropdown.
