#29844 Add GreenPT provider

I want to add [GreenPT](https://docs.greenpt.ai/), an OpenAI compatible provider.

This seems straightforward, as per [the documentation](https://docs.litellm.ai/docs/provider_registration/).

I'll write a PR for adding them as a provider.

Should I add them to the list of models and pricing? Their pricing is in Euros. Should I convert to dollars?
