### What happened?

After updating from 1.82 to 1.85.1, I get an error in the logs: 10:18:37 - LiteLLM Proxy:DEBUG: user_api_key_auth.py:1698 - centralized auth: team fetch failed (HTTPException: 404: {'error': "Team doesn't exist in db. Team=litellm-dashboard. Create team via `/team/new` call."})
