#27640 [Bug]: org names not shown to internal users

### What happened?

When using the UI, Internal users do not have visibility to org names only their UID. This creates confusion for the user as the cannot accurately attribute their usage.

Version: v1.83.10

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Create org 2. Create team in org 3. Assign user role: Internal user 4. Assign user org and team 5. Log in as user 6. Create virtual key 7. Browse to api-keys page, Org column displays UID not names

Issue #33116 is harder because it spans Rust dependency upgrades, Python-version compatibility, packaging metadata, and cross-platform wheel/CI validation. Issue #27640 is comparatively localized to dashboard data retrieval and display permissions.
