However, `litellm_oss_branch` does not exist in the repository: - `GET /repos/BerriAI/litellm/git/ref/heads/litellm_oss_branch` returns 404 - `litellm_oss_staging` exists but is not referenced as the alternative

The closest existing branches are `litellm_oss_staging` and `litellm_internal_staging`. External contributors currently target `litellm_internal_staging` (per actual PR data), but the guard message should be updated to reference a branch that actually exists.
