#19769 Helm Chart: Switch to other repo provider for postgres and redis dependencies

In the light of the change of the bitnami catalog [already discussed here](https://github.com/BerriAI/litellm/issues/13281) the project should change the Helm Chart source to a well-supported repo with stable image tags.

I would propose the [Cloudpirates repo](https://github.com/CloudPirates-io/helm-charts), which includes well designed an well maintained charts for postgres and redis.
